Anvaya is an intimate South Indian vegetarian dining experience. The food is rooted in family recipes passed down through generations — shaped by the ancient cooking traditions of Sringeri and the kitchens of Mysore.

Sattvic in nature, everything is prepared using only fresh, seasonal ingredients. Food that is pure, light, and genuinely nourishing — for the body, the mind, and the soul. For those who know it, this is Kannada Smartha Brahmin cooking at its most personal. For those experiencing it for the first time, it is an introduction to one of India's most quietly beautiful culinary traditions.

Dinner at Anvaya is an unhurried, intimate affair. Eight guests gather around one shared table, where a set progression of courses arrives in the natural order of a traditional South Indian meal. There is no à la carte — only the pleasure of being fed well.
